Description

Found that in latest version of our mui i can't anymore adjust values for both color wheels in the backgrounds when i choice not plain colors, but "symmetrical" or "horisontal" or "vertical" (i.e. everywhere where we will have 2 colors wheels). But that if i remember right working on our previous versions (at least in those ones which we test when port first versions of odyssey).

For example go to mui prefs, and there choice windows/ backgrounds / window and there choice background.

Now, choice "symmetrical". You will have ability to set values for 2 colors wheels. Set any values in first one, then try to set other values in the second one : you can, but they change values from 1st colors wheel.

So you can't do necessary values for both color wheels anymore.

I will retest on morphos again of course, but from my notes i see on that computer that working on morphos and working before on our version too.

Make sure the button as indicated in the screenshot is pressed. If that is the case then both colors will be "rotated" together, if not then each color will be modified individually.

Yes i for sure have it pressed : rechecked now. And it still change the values of second wheel if i touch another one. It does not matter what one : i can change value in 2st wheel, and it change some values in 1st wheel. Or i can change values in 1st wheel, and it automatically change values in 2st wheel.

I attach screenshot to show how it sets for me when i tried it.

I am still not sure what you are trying to archive. If the "1…2" button is pressed (and the HSV sliders below are visible) any change modifies both colors, because they are treated as related or connected. If the "1…2" button is not pressed (and the HSV sliders below are invisible) then both colors can be modified individually. Which color is modified can be chosen by clicking either the "1" or the "2" button first.

The Colorring class has not been touch (except revision bumps) since almost one year now. The last real change happened in May 2018 when I added mouse wheel support for the sliders. That's all. The last bigger change happened almost 4 years ago.

Ah, you mean that button should be unpressed so i can setup color wheel individually. Theyn yes, it works !

So it mean sorry, seems another false report :(
