Improve appearance of MUIA_String_InactiveContents

Description

Let's face it: MUIA_String_InactiveContents looks totally '90s. Instead of italic the text should be alpha-blended at a low opacity rate. MorphOS does it like that and it looks so much better than just using italics. Maybe italics can be used as a fallback on palette screens but on true colour screens the inactive text should really be alpha-blended. That's the way all GUI toolkits do it.

Feature request also applies to MUIA_TextEditor_InactiveContents.

Can you provide an example screenshot please?

According to the latest publically available MorphOS SDK there is nothing like MUIA_String_InactiveContents. Only MUI5 for AmigaOS has this feature, as far as I know.

MorphOS 3.12 has it as well. It is called MUIA_String_Placeholder in the blue camp. Screenshot attached.
